Please note you can only request for a refund if you have not submitted your biometrics (fingerprints and photo).

Request a refund for services provided by VFS Global

To see if you are eligible for a refund of your VFS Global service charges purchased online or at the Visa Application Centre, please refer to our refund policy.

Please note, if you have purchased a priority visa service from VFS Global, you will only be eligible for a refund if you have not yet attended your biometrics appointment. If you wish to request a refund after the visa decision has been made you should contact UKVI directly here.

To request a refund from VFS Global before the date of your appointment, please click the link below, log into your account and select ‘Your services’ link in your account dashboard.

If your appointment date has already passed and you are no longer able to request a refund in ‘Your services’ area of your dashboard, please click the link below to raise a manual refund request.
