Request a refund for services provided by VFS Global

To see if you are eligible for a refund of your VFS Global service charges purchased online or at the Visa Application Centre, please refer to our refund policy.

Please note, if you have purchased a priority visa service from VFS Global, you will only be eligible for a refund if you have not yet attended your biometrics appointment. If you wish to request a refund after the visa decision has been made you should contact UKVI directly here.
