Who are we?

VFS Global is a commercial company working in partnership with UK Visas and Immigration, to provide support services to people applying for a visa to enter the United Kingdom (UK).

What does VFS Global do?

VFS Global operates Visa Application Centres for UK Visas and Immigration, where you should submit your completed visa application form, supporting documents and biometric data.

VFS Global also provides a range of services to make applying for a visa as simple and quick as possible.
These services include:

• Priority Visa services if you’re in a hurry to get a visa decision
• Premium Lounges to offer comfort and convenience when applying

Who decides if I will get a visa?

Your visa application will be processed and decided by UK Visas and Immigration staff. VFS Global and its staff do not play any part in or influence the outcome of your visa application. VFS Global can only provide services to ensure that your visa application is correctly filled in and submitted.
